It has successfully established a number of international educational institutions in Beijing, Langfang and Shanghai, providing many Chinese students with international education paths to different regions and cultural backgrounds around the world such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Canada, the Netherlands and South Korea.

He held senior management positions at Harrow Beijing School for 10 years, during which time he was responsible for management and operations in a number of key areas, including student ESL (English as a Second Language) courses, focusing on improving the quality of Chinese students.
